Overall Purpose
Facilitates the assessment and analysis of employees' performance and learning needs including all identified learning activities in collaboration with Operations Leads to meet the agreed upon program objectives. Designs and develops training modules, workbooks, job aids, and assessments.
Responsibilities
- Training Needs Assessment: Facilitate the talent capability assessments to identify high potentials for future leadership opportunities and develop learning plans for competency-building and succession planning.
