Ensure upstream Payroll data accuracy through data management and validation, enabling correct and timely pay.
Responsibilities
- Act as Junior Team Lead, spending 70% of time on supervisory activities and 30% on processing transactions.
- Act as escalation point to the Associate manager.
- Responsible for developing and ensuring integrity and consistency of set Payroll Admin processes/procedures applicable to the accounts being handled.
