About the role

We are seeking a Manager to join our growing Deals Transfer Pricing team, supporting the increasing demand for specialist services. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive on responsibility, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and can manage multiple engagements across diverse teams simultaneously.

Our transfer pricing team advises clients on all aspects of the UK and international regime throughout the deal lifecycle, including exit readiness, diligence, post-deal policy revision, financing transactions and assessing the tax impact of commercial or organisational change.
