In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior Associate to join our Deals, Valuation team in Athens. 

  • Assist in the preparation of fairness opinion reports in the context of M&A transactions
  • Assist in the preparation of valuation reports for transactional, financial reporting (e.g. IFRS3, IAS36), regulatory, tax purposes
  • Assist in the creation of Financial Models or their reviews/audits
