A well-established finance company is seeking a customer-oriented Debt Collector / Loan Advisor to support customer loan enquiries, repayment arrangements, and account management activities.
Responsibilities- Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Explain loan products, application requirements, and repayment terms
- Assist customers with loan applications and documentation
- Follow up on overdue accounts and outstanding payments
- Negotiate repayment arrangements and installment plans
- Promote loan renewals and related financial services
- Maintain accurate customer records and administrative documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, loans, banking, finance, telesales, or customer service
