Assessment & Engineering Studies (VDA / IGA)
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate site, building, and system data
- Perform and coordinate technical assessments and feasibility studies for energy retrofit projects
- Define the technical scope, design assumptions, and performance targets
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary engineering studies (HVAC, piping, electrical, controls, civil/structural interfaces)
- Ensure overall technical integration and consistency across disciplines and systems
- Review, challenge, and validate engineering studies produced by Engineering Offices
