Manage and resolve customer deductions and disputes in a timely and accurate manner
Review, validate, and submit supporting documentation including invoices, proof of delivery, claims backup, and promotional support
Work directly with retailers, with a strong focus on Home Hardware account deductions and compliance requirements
Monitor aging deductions and maintain detailed dispute tracking records
