Arcadis is seeking a strategic minded Establishment Management Plan (EMP) Project Lead in Newcastle upon Tyne. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management consulting and facilities management, leading projects and managing diverse teams.
You will drive initiatives for asset management improvements and convey complex concepts clearly to clients. This role requires travel for stakeholder presentations and a minimum requirement of active SC Clearance.
