Deli Supervisor – Co. Cork
Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a Deli Supervisor for our client’s busy convenience store in Co. Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced deli professional to take the next step in their career and support the management of a fast-paced fresh food department, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.

Salary: €16.50 – €17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day management of the deli department, ensuring excellent food quality, freshness, and presentation

Supervise and support deli staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment

Help train and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer service

Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise waste to maximise profitability

Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations
