Delinquency Resolution Specialist

SWBC is looking for a talented individual in Mexico to communicate with borrowers through calls to negotiate payments and resolve delinquent accounts.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, call center experience preferred, and must be fluent in English. Responsibilities include collecting payments, documenting interactions, and addressing inquiries promptly.
