Collinson Insurance, part of Collinson Group, is looking for an experienced Delivery & Process Manager to lead operational change, process governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across our Operations function.
This role is suited to someone with strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and service transition experience within insurance, financial services, or another regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational change and process improvement initiatives
- Manage onboarding and service transition activities
- Drive governance, risk management, and operational readiness
- Maintain operational documentation, workflows, and audit readiness
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, technology, and commercial functions
- Manage project plans, RAID logs, and delivery activities
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
