Job Description
Daily Responsibilities:
- Attending salesman/drivers needs such as supplies, forms, etc.
- Issuing all the necessary receipts needed by the salesman on their field work. (Cash, charge, extra copy and official receipt)
- Checking of petty cash vouchers and diesoline vouchers.
- Encoding of Route Sales and Vehicular report
- Monitoring diesel consumption
Others:
- Encoding letter and memos
- Making the promotional letter given by the outlet as support for their request on different occasion (subject for approval)
Requirements:
- We will provide the List of Requirements once the applicant is tagged as hired.
- At least High School Graduate
- Can drive vehicles with a Valid Professional Driver's License Code (A, B1, B2 or 1, 2, 3)
