Role Summary The Workday Delivery Head is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery, governance, and operational excellence of Workday implementations, support engagements, and transformation programs. This role oversees delivery teams across Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, Integrations, Reporting, Security, and AMS services while ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, quality, and scalable delivery processes. Were looking for someone who combines strong Workday functional and program management expertise with leadership to drive large-scale enterprise transformations.
