A Bachelors' degree is required. Master of Business Administration (MBA) and/or master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous. 17 to 21 years' experience, at least 5 years in executing/managing programs for life sciences organizations Good understanding the life sciences value chain preferably in the R&D, clinical trail space Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager with a successful track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs Deep understanding of Agile methodology and ways of working. Relevant certifications in this space will be advantageous.
