The role requires managing people, processes, and issue resolution while ensuring customer satisfaction and delivery assurance of services and outcomes. The Delivery Lead is responsible for quantifying the business benefits from project outcomes and ensuring customer expectations are met.
Responsibilities
Ensure understanding of project vision and deliverables as defined by the customer.
Collaborate with the Account Team to manage risk, project scope, and deliver according to contractual terms.
Manage revenue tracker for assigned engagements and consolidate project status and budget information.
Provide project reporting regarding resources and financials during Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
