Job Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery management across a portfolio of projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-scope execution.
- Define and finalize project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with business units and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution.
- Optimize team and resource utilization while maintaining delivery quality, scope alignment, and target deadlines.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive updates throughout the project lifecycle.
