Roles and responsibilitiesPosting and overseeing journal entries, fixed asset accounting, Inter- company transactions and month-end reporting.Ensure timely and accurate month end MISPreparing month end and regular balance sheet and P&L schedulesPreparation and review of IFRS, Reclass related entriesLead and mentor a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality services.Drive efficiency, accuracy, and implement value-added initiatives to strengthen the finance function.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and effectively.Work closely with AP, AR, and FP&A teams to ensure smooth and timely month-end closure.Contribute to building and scaling the finance function in line with organizational growth.Qualification, Experience/CompetenciesChartered Accountant (CA) is mustPrior Experience of working with US clients in GCC or Captive/Controllership roles preferable+10 years of relevant experience in GL domainExceptional people management skillsProces...
