Freelance Delivery Manager / Project Coordinator (German Speaking)
We are looking for an experienced freelance Delivery Manager / Project Coordinator to support a public‑sector digital construction programme in Bern.
The role focuses on coordinating multi‑vendor delivery activities, managing project setup and integrations, and supporting the rollout of new digital use cases within a centralized data environment aligned with international information management standards.
Key Requirements
- Strong delivery/project management experience
- Agile delivery and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating software development and integrations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
- German language mandatory
- HERMES certification preferred
