The Delivery Partner Manager is an equal parts advisor and operating partner to Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). Amazon’s team of Delivery Partner Managers assist and guide our DSP business owners as they build and grow successful last‑mile package delivery businesses within Amazon Logistics (AMZL). They help launch new businesses, lead continuous improvement, and ensure DSP owners excel in safety, compliance, performance, and capacity.

The role is field‑based, requires frequent travel across multiple sites, and involves flexible working hours, including overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts to support DSP owners on a weekly basis.
