Join GoEasy as a Delivery Specialist, delivering furniture, electronics and appliances to our customers across Canada. Your primary focus will be creating a positive sales experience and ensuring safe, timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Hone superior customer sales experiences by engaging customers in-person, over the phone and via e‑mail.
- Support retail operations by maintaining merchandising and store upkeep.
- Deliver products to customers’ homes with care and professionalism.
- Perform general truck and store maintenance daily.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordinate and finalize paperwork with customers onsite.
