Demand and Supply Planning Intern (Hybrid)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and cleansing historical sales data to help create a statistical baseline forecast
• Support the translation of the demand plan into a preliminary supply plan and assist with monthly ordering documentation
• Help monitor inventory levels and movements to ensure service level requirements are met while minimizing excess stock
• Learn to utilize ERP systems or planning tools for data extraction and preliminary analysis to identify operational trends
• Participate in meetings and support coordination with internal teams (Commercial, Operations, Finance) to gather market intelligence (promotions, new launches)
• Assist in preparing preliminary reports on forecast accuracy, inventory mix, and key supply chain metrics
