We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Revenue Marketing to own and drive our revenue marketing and demand generation programmes. This is a high-impact, hands‑on role at the intersection of paid media, CRM operations, and pipeline reporting with direct visibility into business results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across LinkedIn and Google, owning targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to maximise pipeline contribution.
Own the full lead lifecycle in HubSpot, including lead capture, scoring, segmentation, nurturing workflows, and sales handoff to ensure consistent pipeline quality and velocity.
Track and report on key demand generation metrics (MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, ROI) and translate data into clear recommendations for Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
