Position Title: Demand Planner
Location: Cavite

Work set up: Onsite, Morning Shift

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in demand planning or inventory management.
• Possess extensive knowledge and experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proficient in demand forecasting software and Excel, with strong analytical skills.
• Understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams.
• Ability to analyze data trends and make informed recommendations.
• Experience with stock aging and replenishment tracking processes.
• Knowledgeable of ERP systems and inventory management tools.
