Role Name: Demand Planner
Salary: upto 16000 AED
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data market trends and promotional plans
- Collaborate closely with sales marketing and supply chain teams to align on forecast assumptions and inventory needs
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure optimal product availability across all distribution channels
- Analyze sales performance and adjust forecasts and plans accordingly to minimize overstock and stockouts
- Assist in seasonal planning and product life cycle management
- Manage and track Open to Buy (OTB) budgets ensuring purchasing aligns with sales targets and inventory strategy
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making
- Support S&OP processes and drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy
