Reports to: Demand Planning Manager Kitchen & RCP

**Your Role & Team in a Nutshell**
As a Demand Planner, you will prepare and manage sales forecasts for the **Rubbermaid Commercial Products** (RCP) business across EMEA. You will monitor market trends, analyse historical data and continuously improve forecasting processes, using statistical methods where appropriate to maintain accuracy. The goal is to maximise customer service levels while minimising excess inventory.
