Demand Planning Analyst (Monterrey)

Overview
British American Tobacco Mexico seeks a Demand Planning Analyst to join the Monterrey team.
The role involves analyzing data, building accurate forecast models, and providing insights to support decision‐making.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and compile historical sales data, customer orders, and other relevant information from multiple sources.
Analyze historical data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies using statistical methods and data‐analysis tools.
Develop and implement demand‐forecasting models, applying time‐series analysis and predictive analytics.
Use advanced Excel or Python.
Monitor model accuracy by comparing predicted values with actual sales and adjust models to improve precision.
Perform ad hoc analyses requested by management and other departments.
Generate regular and ad hoc reports summarizing forecasting results and insights, and distribute them to stakeholders.
