Demand Planning Analyst

Day in Your Life at MKSAs Demand Planning Analyst in MKS, you will partner with Production Planning, Marketing, Business Units, Procurement, Engineering, NPI, Production and IT areas to build an accurate forecast through the SIOP process, ensuring that the company meets its strategic objectives and evaluates complex scenarios to solve supply constraints.
In this role, you will report to the Demand Planning Manager.What You'll DoExamine historical shipments, marketing/category trends—including consumption—and utilize statistical forecast tools.Collect forecast information from Sales and Marketing by item, week, customer and geography, and document the assumptions used in developing the forecast.Lead the SIOP process and provide tactical initiatives to improve KPIs related to the end‐to‐end process.Maintain or train someone to maintain the demand forecast for all product lines.Adjust the forecast or make recommendations to adjust the forecast through every demand cycle.Complete al...
