Lead the end‑to‑end demand planning process across all categories and channels, supporting the operating model and driving improved service levels while reducing working capital.

• Manage the complete demand planning cycle for all categories and channels, ensuring volume and value alignment with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
• Analyze and consolidate key business data—including market, consumption, promotions, launches, and cannibalization effects—to strengthen planning accuracy.
• Lead participation in the sales and operations planning (S&OP) cycle and the 3/1 planning cycle, delivering detailed budgets and forecasts.
