About The Team
At SPX Express, the Demand Planning team plays a key role in driving order growth by translating business goals into actionable demand plans. The team works closely with Shopee Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to shape buyer demand, plan campaigns, forecast volume, and ensure supply readiness across merchants, categories, and locations.
As a Demand Planning Analyst/Lead, your core mission is to drive sustainable demand growth through marketing exposure planning, voucher and campaign strategy, volume forecasting, and close cross-functional coordination. You will help connect commercial initiatives with operational readiness to ensure strong execution and customer experience.
