As a Demi Chef at Roka, you’ll help create
amazing dining experiences for our guests. You’re passionate about cooking,

celebrated for its dynamic open-grill cooking and vibrant atmosphere. Located in the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, along the Balearic
Island’s east coast, Roka Mallorca offers diners a seasonal, alfresco pop-up of
lazy summer evenings, beautiful dishes, creative cocktails, and live DJs. Local
ingredients are featured in Roka’s signature robatayaki cuisine to create a
menu that can’t be experienced anywhere else.
