- Up to $2300 + VB
- To deputise all the duty in absence of the Chef de Partie
- To ensure all the superior instruction is followed up
- To ensure all communication goes well and no information is lost in delivering the superior instruction to the team
- Be required to be highly motivated and actively take initiative in the operation role
- To ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions
- To ensure that all mise‑en‑place is always freshly prepared and on time
- To ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and the correct quantity
- To ensure that all dishes reaching the hot plate are correctly garnished, portions and sizes presented on the prescribed serving dish in the prescribed manner
