Overview Our client is a leading multi-disciplined demolition contractor and is looking for several Demolition Site Managers (CCDO) to oversee regional demolition projects in the local area and nationwide. This is a permanent role with the opportunity to progress within the Demolition business unit. 
Responsibilities Oversee regional demolition projects in the local area and nationwide. 
Lead demolition site teams, ensuring compliance with environmental and waste management standards. 
Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and temporary works coordination on live or high-profile sites. 
Maintain excellent communication and reporting with clients, demolition engineers, and site operatives. 
Qualifications Valid Black CCDO Demolition Manager Card (essential) 
SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Fire Marshal certification
