Department Manager – Lisbon Boutique

Purpose of the Job

Reporting directly to the Store Director of our Lisbon boutique, the Department Manager will play a key role within their product category and will be responsible for motivating the team to maximize profitable sales, while ensuring all KPIs are met and delivering Dior‑class customer service. As the owner of the assigned product category, they will continuously seek to improve business performance by developing and implementing innovative initiatives and action plans. They will provide “Manager on Duty” coverage and help foster a collaborative and positive working relationship with the wider management team. They will receive advanced training from HQ and participate in occasional seminars.
