Job Description
We are looking for an experienced CRM / ERP Implementation Specialist to lead and support CRM implementation initiatives within complex, multi-technology environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, coordination skills, and the ability to manage high-complexity incidents while ensuring successful system deployments in regulated industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute CRM implementation initiatives within enterprise environments
- Participate in ERP implementation or migration projects involving multiple technologies
- Coordinate cutover activities, script execution, deployment monitoring, and post-release validation
- Analyze logs, monitor deployments, and support go‑live and stabilization phases
