Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily mining operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-productivity performance in line with company targets
- Ensure readiness and optimal utilization of equipment, operators, and support teams to meet production plans (annual, monthly, weekly, and daily targets)
- Monitor and control the use of heavy equipment, ensuring compliance with K3LH standards and implementation of Mining Safety Management System (SMKP Minerba)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams on site to ensure smooth execution of operational activities
