Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Deputy General Manager on behalf of our client within the hospitality sector. The Deputy General Manager will manage department heads and work closely with the General Manager to maintain high standards and drive the hotel's success. This pivotal role requires a strategic and methodical thinker with exceptional leadership and organisational skills who will ensure operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
