Roles and Responsibilities Role
The role involves multiple cost saving program executed by all RO & WBO units, the person should co-ordinate with various Units of RO& WBO for multiple activities . Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Budget VS Actual
  • Sound knowledge about payment to vendor and taxes
  • Oversee unit executed provision for the payment
  • Ensure the cost saving targets are fulfilled
  • Follow up on all SA -account receivables
  • Coordinate with the multiple stakeholder for execution of activities
  • Ensure payment are accounted to the correct cost code.
  • Actively pursue all work in progress activities, identifying the cause and providing a corrective solution.
  • Obtaining reasoning on Budget vs Spend for the respective units assigned.
  • Ensure the process are automated in available software
