Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Preparation of layouts for green field or brown field projects for capacity requirements of the Paint shop.Preapare 2D and 3D drawings, process layout & for aggregate parts parts using software's like AutoCAD, CATIA etc
Create RFQs, project charter & documentations, suppliers and stake holder sign offs
Preparation of project time lines, able to identify breakeven, bottleneck points, suggest & implementation solution for the issue without affecting schedule Detailing of various conveyor types with latest designs, expertise in process like PTCED, Ovens, Air supply units, Paint booths, Paint & sealer distribution with know how of
Control parameters required for the same for quality output for the product , knowledge of sealing & painting robots
Undertsanding of Civil, Utilities drawings for interface with process layouts.
