Position Title: Deputy Project Director (DPD), Pune - Luxury Segment

Job Summary

• Manage and coordinate projects through all phases of design, planning, construction, liaison and sales
• Provide leadership for site project management function by managing, coordinating, and developing staff of KPDL and third party vendors
• Partner with Business Head to manage the project operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and propose strategic plan, program and budget for projects under control to Business Head
• Ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting project‘s internal stakeholders needs, business objectives and design guidelines
