  • Review and approve purchase orders, contracts and project specifications.
  • Provide project master schedule and oversee progress against the baseline master schedule.
  • Initiate and obtain approval on variation orders from client on scope changes.
  • Finalize sub-contracts for fabrication / major equipment etc., negotiate price, schedule & monitor the cost and change orders due to changes initiated by either client or engineering.
  • Take full responsibility for project cost control. Review project cost reports monthly and keep track of change orders and deviations.
  • Generate progress reports for submission to management and clients.
  • Organize monthly meetings with senior management to review all project activities.
  • Formalize discussion with Estimating Manager if project cost exceeds the budget.
