Design Assistant

We are seeking a creative and highly organised Design Assistant to support the end-to-end product development process across our bags and soft accessories range. Working closely with the Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing seasonal collections to life - from initial concept and technical development through to samples, ranging, and final production readiness.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment, has strong technical design capability, and enjoys being hands-on across both creative and operational aspects of the design process.

THE ROLE:

• Create stylised and technical drawings in Adobe Illustrator
• Set up and maintain seasonal tech packs and style files
• Support product development including proto sampling, Lab Dips, and supplier follow-ups
