PROJECT COORDINATOR, DESIGN BUILD . Responsibilities
Provide insight into the constructability of projects and propose cost-effective solutions and variations on design and materials. Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients and vendors. Assist in managing the bid process, review, and prepare bid documents. Evaluate tenders when received and prepare cost breakdowns. Negotiate/award contracts with respective vendors. Coordinate all members of the project establish production schedules and revise schedules to reflect changes, backlogs, or delays. Assist in managing budget compliance and in processing a...
