SAJO is in search of dynamic individuals for the position of PROJECT COORDINATOR, DESIGN BUILD
Responsibilities:
- Provide insight into the constructability of projects and propose cost-effective solutions and variations on design and materials.
- Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients and vendors.
- Assist in managing the bid process, review, and prepare bid documents.
- Evaluate tenders when received and prepare cost breakdowns.
