Bouygues UK – Design Coordinator
London team – initial pre‑construction role before moving onto a large (£30M+) project in the London region.
Job Purpose and Scope
Reporting to the Design Manager, you will contribute to daily Design Management, manage Design Consultants and liaise between Consultants and project staff for design matters. When required, you will also coordinate with Site Managers / Preconstruction team for the development of design packages and procurement strategies.
Essential Criteria
- Architectural or Design qualifications
- Previous Main Contractor experience
- Good knowledge of the field of expertise in Design & Build within high‑rise residential environments
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment
- Good understanding of the Design & Build process
- Experience in active involvement in the meeting process (organising, preparing, chairing, drafting minutes)
