Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Prepare in-house engineering drawings for solar PV projects, including SLDs, layouts, GA drawings, and detailed electrical drawings. Develop technical specifications for all major solar plant equipments. Prepare and float RFQs, evaluate technical offers, and support techno-commercial finalisation. Prepare and manage the MDL (Master Document List) and ensure timely submission of drawings. Support project costing, budget estimation, and BOQ preparation. Provide technical support for bidding and tendering, including compliance statements, deviations, and clarifications. Ensure all designs comply with IS / IEC / CEA / DISCOM / SECI / NTPC standards. Support testing, commissioning, and grid synchronisation activities.
