Responsibilities

To lead and define the design strategy and standards. Oversees the execution of resulting solutions including supporting research and usability testing.

Team Coordination & Support

Responsible for leading and defining the design strategy, global design standards, overseeing digital product portfolio design execution based on a deep understanding of user needs and business objectives.

Work closely with customer/user experience researchers to support user research and usability testing.

Collaborate with other designers, customers, product managers to identify solutions that improve the user experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Minimum Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in user experience, visual, interaction or graphic design or related field.
Minimum Experience
  • Seven (7) years experience in digital customer/user experience or interaction design.
