Job Description: Basic Knowledge of Network Devices such as Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points preferably CISCO, Riverbed - Basics knowledge / understanding of assigning switch ports to specific VLANs - Patch phone ports to switch as needed - Basic troubleshooting of Avaya VOIP phones (knowledge on basic configuration) - Troubleshoot issues with fiber links between switches – Able to visualize errors and communicate to remote technical
