Job Descriptions
  • Configure and troubleshoot issues related to windows desktop, notebooks, printers, Applications and PC peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, operating system, software and application problems relating to desktops, notebooks, printers, and PC.
  • Perform desktop patch update according to existing process.
  • Install/ Remove computer software and applications.
  • Maintain stock for Hardware and Peripherals where necessary.
  • Ensure positive customer experience through end user IT support.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Skillset Required
  • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Basic IP networking
  • Familiar with Office 365 Platform
  • Helpdesk ticketing tools such as Servicenow
Other Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
