- Configure and troubleshoot issues related to windows desktop, notebooks, printers, Applications and PC peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, operating system, software and application problems relating to desktops, notebooks, printers, and PC.
- Perform desktop patch update according to existing process.
- Install/ Remove computer software and applications.
- Maintain stock for Hardware and Peripherals where necessary.
- Ensure positive customer experience through end user IT support.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Basic IP networking
- Familiar with Office 365 Platform
- Helpdesk ticketing tools such as Servicenow
- Minimum of 2 years experience
