Job Description
Scope of Work:
- Deploy scanners/printers/desktops as part of project requirements
- Responsible for the installation of computer hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboard, printers, scanners and other client devices on user's premises
- Investigate and research solutions for PC hardware and software problems
- Participate on Desk Side projects
- Adhere to attendance guidelines of the job and to departmental and company policies
- Any other tasks or works as and when requested & assigned by the Company
- Able to work in 24 X 7 shift rotation
- Experience in troubleshooting and managing Win10/11, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Active Directory, basic networking, POS, scanner, printer, and other attached peripherals.
