Job Description
We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Singapore, Central Singapore (SG-01), Singapore (SG).
Responsibilities- Respond to client support requests and communicate with clients to clarify the nature of the problem.
- Travel to client locations or connect remotely to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, computer software, hardware, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve networking and connectivity problems, including Cisco and wireless technologies, network routing and switching.
- Advise clients on software or hardware upgrades and provide basic training on computer operation and management.
- Complete job reports, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors for installation of networking equipment such as routers, switches, bridges, concentrators, and SBCs.
